During the summer, you will often see children running around and riding their bikes with each other. This is a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and large shade trees. We are also a block away from a fire station so we hear occasional sirens if someone has an emergency nearby.
Please be aware that this property is situated in lively urban area with a higher level of noise and activity, especially in the summer time. The property is a block from a fire station and some neighbors enjoy setting off fireworks on the 4th of July and, occasionally, throughout the summer months.
