This unit is perfect for two people, but we can also provide you with an air mattress at your convenience, free of charge, to host a third!

The room is elegantly furnished, with comfortable seating and a 50” HD TV with Fire Stick. The dining table seats four comfortably, making it perfect for hosting dinner parties or enjoying a meal with friends. The fully accessorized kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare and cook your favorite meals.

Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
