LONG-TERM STAYS
For long-term rentals, select 31 nights or more to receive the monthly discount and avoid taxes applied to nightly stays. Reservations over 3 months include housekeeping every 8 weeks.
A propane-powered BBQ is available. It is important to use only propane, even if there is a natural gas line. The BBQ must not be moved from its current location, as an agreement has been made with the neighbor. Please follow these instructions.
