Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Strand, mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon. Der Balkon bietet auch Blick auf den tollen Poolbereich am Strand. Das Gerät verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer Einheit im 5. Stock, mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und Flachbildfernseher mit eingebautem DVD-Player. Schlafsofa befindet sich in der Höhle. Die Höhle hat auch einen Flachbildfernseher sowie einen DVD-Player und einen Esstisch und Stühle für 4 Personen. Teri liebt es zu kochen, so dass die Küche mit allen Utensilien und Geräten ausgestattet ist, die Sie brauchen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind neue Geräte. Das Gerät befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von guten Restaurants und Bars. Sie werden wiederkommen wollen!

A nice vacation but property needs some maintenance and updates furnace was missing cover on filter and has not been changed in at least a year it was not a pretty sight the washer was so loud and the filter was full of debris and rusted when we pulled the bedding off before we left it was terrible piss stains all over it beach view was great just need a lot of maintenance and updates

Fan in the bedroom you couldn’t use because it was so loose it made such a loud noise and sounded like it could fall from the ceiling. Crumbs on the counter top and the bathroom mirror wasn’t clean. Other than that it was a nice place to stay the elevators were fast didn’t have to wait long at all. The view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable

Great location. Close to the hangout where my teens enjoyed walking to when the sun went down. Could have used some more cleaning. Not sure if the sheets had been washed but there were sand in the bed and the pull out bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Other than that. It was a great location.

It was great!

It was our first trip to Gulf Shores, probably one of the smaller condos that we have stayed in as far as room but it was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults!

Beach stay!

Really enjoyed the beachfront property. The condo was clean. Beach, restaurants, and all your needs are conveniently located nearby. Parking costs 50 to park for a weekend, and you can only park 1 vehicle. I wish this information was available upon booking because it was a bit stressful to deal with our 2 cars. But everything worked out as we found public parking elsewhere for our second vehicle.

The room was clean and perfect for our small group. Right on the beach. The complex itself was also really nice with an ice machine(paid) and really easy access to the beach. I’d recommend for a small group.

Great location

We spent a Sunday through Friday in the month of July. We decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our 2 kids ( 12 and 8) in gulf shores. The condo is very cute and had all the amenities we needed. The garbage shoot is right down the hall and it is also located right next to the elevators. Communication with owner was good and no issues checking in. The beach view is priceless. The facility has an ice machine on ground floor, two grills, 3-4 picnic tables, a pool, good surveillance and it is located in the perfect spot! Get to all the local favorites in just minutes. You could even walk if you wanted.

Great location with a misleading property discription

I wouldn't call this a one bedroom. There is no wall or door separating the bed from the rest of the space. Also there are no curtains covering the beach facing windows, so if someone is sleeping on the pull out couch, they will be awoken very early. Also, the window by the bed did not block out the hallway light. The biggest surprise was I had to buy a $50 parking pass, which was not mentioned in the listing. I purchased this which included my car tag, but still had to go to a different building to get a parking pass. Despite a great location within Gulf Shores, I would not stay here again.

My first bad review, but I want to be honest and fair.

First the bad...Arrived exhausted yet excited to start our annual girls trip. We are 3 professional women in our late 40's and look forward to this every year. Arrived at exactly 4:00pm walked in and the room was a mess! Shocked, we called the emergency number and talked with Joel the owner. I do believe this was out of his control and genuinely an accident, but he was so rude and condescending. He had someone show up around 7pm and it took about an hour for them to "clean" which meant we had to just sit on the porch until then which ruined our first night! We requested compensation for that night and the cleaning fee since we had started cleaning. The owner did compensate us but added that he overcompensated us for a minor set back. You all decide. The consumer already gets cheated out of a full day by not getting to check in until 4pm so being cheated out of that time felt like a really big deal for only a 3 night stay to us! I will say even after cleaning, I wont say is filthy, but the condo is dirty. The shower had hair in the drain, build up on the walls, the back of the door and walls covered in dirt and dust, under the bed had garbage bags of linens, trash and dust bunnies. Dishes had lip prints and dried coffee on the rim of mugs. Pillow cases of dirty linens stuffed under the bar top counter. The wall under the counter had food and spills on it, The furniture fabric needs steamed cleaned. Microwave was clean on the outside but had opened bags of food in it.

Relaxing getaway

Everything was wonderful except there was food and dirt in the sofa bed. The sheets smelled unwashed but was an easy fix. Otherwise, great stay!

Best Beach Vacation Ever

My girls and I booked this property, I wanted them to experience ocean front at least once, with the experience of waking up and seeing the waves and saying good night to them. We absolutely loved it! The condo was fabulous! We felt safe! Plenty of other families there that my kids made friends with! The location was great, we felt safe walking too the hangout and the shops at night. The owner communicated very well with the questions we had before we got there, check in went smooth. The condo had everything we needed, too bad I found the condiments cabinet right before we left, but we'll know better next time. The only thing I wished we had was a beach umbrella. But we were directly in front of where they do parasailing and the banana boat, so my girls loved watching those and we even paid for a banana boat ride. I really hope we get to stay here again, Thank you for helping us make the family memories!

Loved our stay, only issue I had is the windows on the water side didn’t have any curtains so it was bright for whoever sleeps on the sofa bed. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Will be back!

Well appointed and open condo great for I’d say no more than 3 people. Beautiful view and surprisingly quiet inside the unit. It was perfect for our family of 3. I’m glad I took the chance and favored the VRBO reviews of the unit itself rather than the overall reviews of the complex which are very poor. I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the sofa bed mattress, after the first night my son just slept on the couch :) Small cleanliness concerns here and there-hair in the shower/bathroom, sheets were sandy before we had slept in the bed. Great location close to beach and restaurants, chair rentals, and departure points for adventures. I’d recommend more transparency about the parking pass within the listing itself for those traveling budget conscious. Additionally, the listing may be outdated and in need of review-check out time on listing states 11am however welcome message from owner states 10am. Not a big deal but could be confusion for some-we left by 10 so as to not risk being locked out! In regards to the complex itself (NOT the unit owners fault!!) - it is quite dated and mediocre cleanliness. Also VERY loud (people playing music from balconies, smoking MJ, yelling between balconies). HOWEVER as stated the unit itself is very well soundproofed-just a note for light sleepers and those traveling with small kids. Parking was easy. We loved this unit and our experience with this owner and are already looking at dates for our next trip! Thank you so much!!
