Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player. Es gibt auch einen Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer zusammen mit einem Schlafsofa für insgesamt 4 Personen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf der 5. I’ll never stay at another Liquid Life property My husband and I both reached out to you via text, phone, email and messenger and received communication back 24 hours later or not at all. The best part of the stay was the conveniency to the beach and that's it. The room itself had broken blinds which let in all the light, multiple places in the ceiling were falling down or moldy, the towel bar didn't stay on the wall, the sinks and shower were so clogged we did end up having maintenance come and unplug them, the rug and sofa are gross, the room just needs a facelift or anyone to actually maintenance things. It just wasn't worth the amount paid for the lack of service and rough accommodations. Since you're a third party in that building, the front desk staff wouldn't help so we had to rely on your staff which simply didn't reply.

Actions we are taking: - Schedule a licensed inspection and remediation for any ceiling damage and mold, and repair or replace affected materials. - Dispatch maintenance to address the clogged sinks/showers, repair the towel bar and blinds, and verify all fixtures are secure and functioning. - Arrange a professional deep clean of the unit and evaluate the rug and sofa for cleaning or replacement. - Review our housekeeping and maintenance pre-checks and improve our on-site response procedures to prevent delayed communication. - Review the stay for appropriate compensation and will follow up through your Vrbo message thread. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. Again, I’m sorry this affected your visit and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
