Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This two-bedroom two-bath casa, with a hot tub, is in a great location to enjoy Santa Fe and all that it has to offer. The property is a short distance to all Santa Fe attractions, including the Santa Fe Plaza & Canyon Road. Accommodations include a private patio & off-street parking.

Casita Romero #2 has been on Airbnb for over 10 years but is now under new management. The owner, Mr. Romero, was managing the properties the whole time and had excellent reviews, but now, at the young age of 75, has decided to let go of the reins. This home is located behind the main house, where the owner lives.
Parking for this home is behind the main house, accessible via Weber Street. It is a dead end with residential homes all along the street. Turning around is not recommended for larger vehicles. One small vehicle can park in the casita`s driveway. Two large vehicles can park in front of the home, one in front of the other, but they need to park close to the front wall to ensure enough space for neighbors` vehicles to pass. For mid to large-sized vehicles, during the day, backing up your vehicle on the road makes it easier to get out, but please note that it is a narrow dirt road. Before you arrive, you will get detailed instructions with photos, but please feel free to ask me any questions. However, if you have a large vehicle, a dually or a small RV, we can provide you with a parking pass so you can park on E. Santa Fe Ave.
There is no washer and dryer in the home. If you would like laundry service, our cleaner can pick up, wash, and return your laundry. This is a service they provide, and you would pay them directly.
We provide New Mexico piñon coffee.
We provide dish cleaning products and personal care products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash)
Dogs are considered, but please keep in mind that there is no enclosed yard.
Kaune`s neighborhood market is 1000 feet from the home.
