The Space:

This is a single family home that has been thoughtfully split into 2 affordable units (upstairs and basement level). However, we wanted to give guests the opportunity to rent the whole house if they're traveling with family or friends. This listing gives guests complete access of the whole house. No shared spaces.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the main level through the front door, basement level has a separate entrance at the carport. Free public street parking as well as private driveway and carport

Getting Around:

Getting around from your Arvada home is a breeze! Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops within walking distance offering convenient access to the wider Denver metropolitan area. For those arriving by air, Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive away, depending on traffic. You'll find ample free street parking directly in front of the house and in the surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, a private driveway and carport are available for your use, providing secure off-street parking. Consider using ride-sharing services for easy access to nearby attractions and transit hubs.



Other Things to Note:

This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!
