Beach access is directly across the street and only a few minutes' stroll down a sandy pathway. A different view is experienced from every deck: from the front decks you’ll have an ocean view, and from the back decks you’ll feel cradled in shady palms, bay bushes and live oaks. Sleep time is family focused, with all three bedrooms on Level 3 sharing a hallway bathroom. The unique family suite features a queen bedroom for Mom and Dad with ensuite children's bunk room created from a captured sunroom. Bring your furry friend: dogs are welcome here!

Shared hallway bathroom: bathtub and shower with grab bar, single vanity, toilet.

Spare bedroom kids movie room with futon and wall mounted Smart TV.  (No sheets provided for futon.)

Parent Bedroom: Queen Bed, chest of drawers Ensuite bunk room

Bunk Room: 2 twin over twin bunk beds

Primary with Oceanviews: Queen bed, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, ensuite porch 

Ensuite Porch: Ocean view, Adirondack pub chairs and cocktail table



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

No Smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 



Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed 2 max, first pet is not included in the price. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions!



Cancellation Policy:

- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking

- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit

- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.
