The villa features an impressive 55sqm infinity salt cement pool designed with a beach like entrance that is equipped with double jacuzzi jets.
The pool area is furnished with modern sun beds, armchairs for relaxation time, external shower, long dining table for all guests, and a gas bbq facility. The whole set up is ideal for guests who wish to spend the day by the pool or cook at the outdoors, or wish to arrange for a special dinner experience.
You will love our modern interior architectural theme of beautifully polished exposed concrete on ceilings while at the same time, our colourful interior furnishings blend well with the modern architectural setting.
The communal area of the villa features a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
A glass roof set along the back wall of the property invites the sunlight and plays a pivotal role in making this property a luxurious and modern choice.
The property features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a 4th bedroom at the loft furnished with a double bed and a single sofabed. A 4th bathroom is available near the kitchen area while an infrared sauna is installed in a private area offering an extra wellness facility to the guests.
You can enjoy the coolness of our centrally installed VRV system for maximum comfort and optimum sleep experience in our all cotton luxurious bedding materials.
