With modern coastal decor, multiple living spaces, and room for everyone to unwind, it's the ultimate coastal retreat. Enjoy ocean breezes from the balcony or gather around the patio fire pit. Ideal for weddings, graduations, or a memorable family vacation.

Guest Access
Guests will have complete and private access to both townhouses. They share a wall and this is an opporrtunity to book both for your group.

* **Private Space:** Enjoy both townhome(s) without interruption.
* **Parking:** Each townhouse has a garage space for one car and two cars in its driveway totally 6 parking spaces.
* **Laundry:** Total of two laundry machines, one in each garage

**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
- Early check-in must be requested through the Guest Portal.
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

* Complimentary beach gear is provided, so you can pack light and head straight for the shore.

* **High Demand:** These are our most popular rentals and they book up quickly, especially for holidays and summer months. We highly recommend securing your dates well in advance!
* **Booking Options:** You have the flexibility to rent one townhome for a smaller group or book both side-by-side townhomes for the ultimate large group getaway. Please specify your preference when making your reservation.
