The house was immaculate- updated, clean, and comfortable. Andrea was so responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly as listed and described. Updated, quiet and close to everything. Communication with property manager was easy, quick and helpful. We had a great time and enjoyed the propert!

House was in a great location for accessing stores, food, activities. A bit of road noise as it’s on a busier road but feels safe. House itself was clean with everything needed to stay but bedding was not clean and had stains. We had to wash everything before going to bed that night. Overall was a decent place to stay.

We had very smooth Ck in . Kitchen is a well equipped kitchen and has a lot of thoughtful things to cook with… glass 9x13 pans , crockpot, cookie sheets etc.house was clean and updated. Any ? Was answered quickly. Would come back . The only minor detail was something not in her control . Took awhile to get used to street noise but was overcome quickly.

We ended up NOT staying at this house. The sliding glass door did not lock properly, they tried securing the door with a stick. They ended up somewhat fixing the door but you could still open it a tad. No blinds on the sliding glass door or the door at the front of the house. The front door also did not close properly. I was told that there were was a way to fix it if you pulled up on the door/handle. We tried to do this but the door still kept opening. I was also told that the neighborhood was safe but we did NOT feel comfortable with staying. I asked for a refund but was told that she may not be able to give us a refund due to the policy.

It’s so sad when people try to get full refunds just because! We have had this property for a few months in Airbnb and we have never had a complaint. Battleground / W Cone Blvd is one of the better locations in Greensboro and our family have lived in the area so we know it’s safe. As soon as you arrived and contacted me, we sent maintenance at night to try to accommodate your needs, but you still disliked the property. While it’s is true that the back door is a sliding glass door and it doesn’t have blinds (as is in the pictures and it faces the garage of our property); it has always been secured. We personally double checked the keypad and it was working as always. Crawlspace door has never been locked. What for? Anyways, Vrbo support asked for evidence to refund and you didn’t provide it. We are not willing to lose a booking on Valentine’s weekend for those odd requirements when the house is safe, clean and we provided immediate help!
