We have 2 designated parking spots. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in unmarked spots or street parking.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.

If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

Please don`t put our thermostat below 68 degrees or above 74 degrees. And if you change one thermostat to heat/cool, please make sure you also change the other thermostat.
Two parking spots for the unit. The parking spots are marked with the house number on the ground and are located right in front of the unit. Only park in those spots or visitor parking. Do not park in other homes parking spots!

Breaking any of these important rules could result in a $500 fee.
