Swiss Miss Pet-Friendly A-Frame only 6 Minutes from downtown Ellicottville!

Swiss Miss is tucked away in Little Valley for that rustic, cozy vibe but still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Our rustic A-Frame style home features a large yard in a private wooded area complete with fire pit. We are only 3.5 miles to downtown Ellicottville and 4 miles to Holiday Valley or Holimont, making Swiss Miss the perfect place for your alpine vacation. Cozy up next to the fire after a long day of skiing, snowboarding, or hiking and gaze at the thousands of stars. You won't find another place like this in EVL!

The Space
From the road, you'll see the Swiss Miss A-Frame chalet! Upon opening the front door, you'll be wowed by the floor to ceiling fireplace that brings together 3 levels of unique spaces.

The first floor houses the kitchen (well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware), family room, first floor laundry, bathroom and king suite.

The second floor boasts two more bedrooms. One with a queen bed made of rustic wooden logs, as well as a bunk room with three more twin beds so everyone has a great night of sleep. Don't miss out on the balcony! The over-sized bean bags and dining set complete with bistro lighting, make this a multi-functional space to watch TV, game or have a cozy date night.

The loft level has three more beds and a small table for arts & crafts or board games. Kids will love it up there...it feels like their own private hideout.

Watch a movie from all 3 levels, sip your coffee on the outside balcony, watch the stars appear from our deck, roast some marshmallows at our fire pit, toast the win at the eat-in kitchen, warm your toes by the fireplace or build a snowman in our front oyard! Play some yard games like corn hole or ladder ball or challenge the kids to a game of knockout on our basketball hoop.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole property-excluding the owners closet and the storage shed.

We offer wireless internet and Roku device on the TV’s.

The spiral staircase, balcony, and loft access feature open railings and elevated walking surfaces. Please keep this in mind when booking and ensure children (especially under the age of 6) and pets will be supervised at all times. Please use your best judgement as to whether this property is the right fit for your group.

When booking a stay from late fall to early spring, please keep in mind that we do not honor cancellations due to weather. Our home is located in the hills near ski resorts where snowy weather is welcomed and appreciated, yet never guaranteed. Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking and consider purchasing travel insurance if you're concerned conditions may not be ideal at the time of your stay.
