"Gulf Breeze" is nestled into the amazing white sand dunes of the North Cape, this humble gulf front retreat boasts amazing views of the Gulf, a private boardwalk to the quiet beach and a private pool (April 2026). This quaint home comfortably accommodates eight guests with three bedrooms and two baths. The elevated decks and screened porch deliver stunning sunset views over the beautiful dunes and emerald water. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer setting or a home better stocked for your next beach holiday!

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

This home includes a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. No events over the expressed capacity of the house are allowed. No smoking. Pets are considered and must be approved by property manager.
