Sunsation bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa. Für 12 Personen.

Der Golffront Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett und wurde neu gestaltet und neu eingerichtet. Die Gulf Front Zimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett. Das Etagenbett verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten, ein komplettes Bett mit einem Ausziehbett, in dem 6 Kinder schlafen können. Die neue Auffahrt bietet Parkplätze für Autos und Boote.

Great location, amazing beach, 3 stories so elevator was a plus, house has potential but unfortunately we experienced multiple problems that made our stay less than desireable & so frustrating:*refrigerator did not work properly & owner said she's had multiple complaints but said it was from the cleaners having it opened while cleaning and it would be fine the next morning but that was too long to not have it working with all our food in it. In reality the regulator was not working properly said the maint. & would order a new one and come back but he never did.*bedding had human hair, dog hair on all sheets and a tide pod exploded on 1 of the sheets. We had to wash all bedding *matresses were bad (fixed one bed underneath as the legs of the bed in the middle were bent making the bed fall to one side)*sliding door lock was broken (guy came and said it was broken and would have to order a new one and would come back in a couple days but never came back)*rusted and unusable grill (was an eyesore outside on one of the king bedroom's sliding door view to where the ocean was) Owner said she would replace it the Monday we were there but it never came.*rusted and unusable baking pans*living room area rug smelled of dog urine*owner said there were 6-8 beach chairs available but came to find out there were rusted lawn chairs and fold up camping chairs) *owner became frustrated with us for pointing out issues in the housePlease see document below for more detailed information.

In walking distance to the state park. House was clean and beautiful. Western facing for beautiful sunset views. Pool was a must for us with the kids to get a break from the sand when needed. Definitely would come back!

We loved this house! The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s one of the last houses before the state park and the views are incredible. We have been coming to CSB for 15 years and we all agreed this was our favorite home so far. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this Gulf Front property exceeded all expectations! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering the most spectacular sunset views right from our balcony every evening and all day surf fishing. The newly added heated pool was a fantastic feature that our whole family enjoyed, especially when we wanted a break from the sand.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location provided easy access to local restaurants and activities while still feeling private and peaceful.Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway, and we're already planning our return visit for next year!

Due to elevator being down the stairs were rather hard on me and my husband couldn’t come down. The house was very nice but I would have chosen a different place due to all the stairs if we could have foreseen elevator problems, which I know owners cannot control either.

Perfect Location and beautiful house

Perfect for our party of 8, plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The front porch swing was a beautiful spot to sit and read. We loved this area and the quietness. Kids loved the pool in the morning and ocean in the afternoon. All the beach toys they had were well enjoyed. Would definitely rrecommend this house.

2 weeks at Cape San Blas

There were some issues with the residence. Of course we should have known these things before booking. We prefer a master on the living level. The pool heated would have been nice but we opted not to spend more money. Also, we had 30 steps up and down to get to the beach. We didn’t have pictures to help us to know that , I am handicapped and one of our dogs is 15 years old. Made it very difficult. Otherwise the house was nice and we appreciated the elevator. It took us around 16 hrs to get home. Don’t think we will be going anywhere anytime soon.

Sunsation is sensational!!!

This was our second year at Sunsation! The house is absolutely beautiful and the recently added pool is the perfect addition to an already complete home. The house has everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs and several beach toys. While the house is perfect the only thing that makes it better is your host Mare, she is quite literally the best. She is responsive to any questions and not only knows the area but also knows the local people. She is a delight to talk to and we have enjoyed our conversations and getting to know her. We can’t wait to come back to Sunsation next year!!!

We love Cape San Blas and Secluded Dunes but this was our first time to this house. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The set up worked well for our family of 7. Mare was responsive to issues during our stay. We would stay again.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!

We had an absolute blast at Sunsation over the Thanksgiving holiday!!! House was soooo clean when we arrived, kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was furnished beautifully! The kitchen island was huge, so we had plenty of room for food prep. Loved having the outdoor shower and elevator. And Mare was super helpful when we had questions! We'll be back!
