The Space:

Soft morning light fills the spacious living area as you stretch out, mapping out a day of theme‑park thrills and quiet moments by the water. In the evening, the gentle hum of the game console blends with the warm Florida air drifting from the patio, inviting you to unwind at your own pace. With multiple floors to spread out, the home feels like a calm retreat after exploring the excitement of Orlando.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms are arranged across two levels, giving everyone space and privacy. On the main floor, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. Upstairs, three rooms hold twin beds and two additional rooms offer king beds. Five full bathrooms are distributed throughout the home, making mornings smoother for larger groups.



Indoor living

The living room serves as a relaxed central gathering space, flowing into a dining room that comfortably seats the whole party. A large kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and hot water kettle lets you prepare meals at your own rhythm. Air conditioning, heating, a washer, dryer and Wi‑Fi keep the stay convenient and comfortable. The game room adds a playful touch with a TV and game console for extra entertainment.



Outdoor living

Step onto a private patio that leads to a pool and hot tub, both usable year‑round under the Florida sun. Pool heat is available as an optional addition if you prefer a warmer soak. Indoor‑outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals al fresco while the gentle breeze drifts through.



Amenities

Bathroom essentials, towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher are provided. Free parking on the premises adds convenience for guests arriving by car.

Your stay includes free access to the community water park and amenity center, offering extra recreation without leaving ChampionsGate. The gated neighborhood is surrounded by golf courses, dining options and easy routes to major Orlando attractions.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking spaces in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
