Almand Haus - am MTB Trail - Whirlpool - Episches Spielzimmer

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the home worked well for your group’s stay and that the location and space suited your families. We’re sorry to hear that the main level air conditioning was not able to keep up during your visit. We understand how uncomfortable that can be, especially with a larger group. We will have our team inspect the HVAC system to ensure it is functioning properly and that airflow is optimized across both levels. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
