The owners live on the property in an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) which has a completely separate entrance. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces, ensuring your complete privacy during your stay. We are available if you need anything but will otherwise respect your space.

You’re only a short 5-minute drive from the beach and Carlsbad Village, with its excellent dining, boutique shopping, and local attractions. The pool can be heated for an extra fee ($100 per day or $450 per week). It usually take approximately 12-24 hours for the pool to get to a good temperature 82-84 degrees.
Our home is conveniently located with easy access to everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with Aqua Hedionda Lagoon just a 5-minute walk away. Carlsbad Village, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is just a 5-minute drive, and the beach is equally close. For other local attractions like Legoland, having a car is recommended, as it's a short drive away, and there’s ample parking at the property. With easy access to major highways, you can quickly explore the surrounding areas, including San Diego, without hassle.
