Welcome to “Shore Thing Getaway,” a luxury property in the Destin/Crystal Beach area with a large private pool/patio and backyard, sleeping arrangements for 16 and high end finishing's throughout the home. Guests at this property will enjoy convenient amenities such as an outdoor shower, a fully furnished kitchen with large island/breakfast bar and a game room complete with an air hockey table. Sitting in very close proximity to the beach access (approx. 1 block), this vacation rental is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation, soak up some sun and leave your worries behind.



Upon entry into the home, surround yourself with natural lighting and a stunning open floor plan living, dining and kitchen space. Play a game of beachy tic-tac-toe in the sitting area while watching the kids play in the pool or enjoy a family dinner at the beautifully handcrafted dining room table with seating for 8-10 guests. Slide up to the breakfast bar for pancakes or coffee in barstool seating for 6 guests. The fully furnished kitchen comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, all stainless-steel high-end appliances and plenty of counterspace for meal preps or large family spreads. The first floor will sleep 2 guests in a King Suite with private bathroom, features a stand-up shower and walk-in closet.



Once lunch or dinner are done, head out the beautiful French doors to the pool and patio area for more family fun. Take a dip in the large private pool, play a game of cornhole/bean bags, or relax on one of the many comfortable lounge chairs and soak up the Florida sunshine. The private pool features a swim up sun ledge so the little ones can splash around too!



The second floor of the home contains a laundry nook with stackable washer/dryer, a gaming/entertainment room with the air hockey table, and 3 bedrooms. The King Suite on this floor will have a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and beautiful dual vanities. Just off the game room, a bunk nook with full over full bunk and at the end of the hallway, a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunks. There is a shared hallway bathroom on this floor for the bunk rooms.



On the top level of the home, guests will find 3 King bedrooms, one with private bath and a shared hallway bathroom for the other two bedrooms. All King bedrooms on this level will have direct balcony access and spacious rooms for maximum comfort and luxury at every turn. All rooms furnished with storage for clothing/luggage as well as flat screen TV’s and beautiful hardwood flooring.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* PETS: Please note, for the safety of the owner with severe allergies, this home is a strict no pet, non-pet friendly home, no exceptions.

* EVENTS: Weddings or Events are NOT Permitted at this Home.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Peak Summer Months.

Pool Heat: From October 1st-May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100/Day or $700/Week. The pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.

Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

The Space:

Guests have full access to the home! You will receive your arrival instructions about 3 to 5 days prior to the arrival date. The arrival instructions will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.



Getting Around:

With this home being so close to shopping and dinning, walking, renting bikes through coastal cruisers or golf carts, which we do offer rentals through our company will have you out and about seeing all the sites!
