The location is excellent. That's all that I can say positively about this apartment . Unfortunately it is a run down place, which in itself is not terrible, however the beds are old spring mattresses . The mattresses themselves were very dirty, the sheets were dirty with hair and other foot debris, the floors had not been washed in a very very long time. The bathroom sink had spit in it and the toilet had residue from the last guest. We contacted VRBO through the app and were automatically transferred to the company. This company has locations in both the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. They clearly do not have a hands on approach to running their business. After contacting the company I was told they would be sending someone over . They did so immediately , however he just listened to our complaints and said he would report back to the company . We then waited 2 hours for the company to reach back out to us, and then gave up and just called them back. The company then inferred that we were told to send pictures of the dirty items. Which I THEN did. Then we were given the run around for another couple of hours in regards to sending the pictures to the supervisor and waiting for a reply. Then after all day long I was told that I needed to talk directly to VRBO , which is where we started. And by that time it was 5 in the afternoon. All we wanted was to be let out of our second nights reservation and this company would NOT accommodate us . Starting over again with VRBO
