Dieses Haus hat alles, was Sie sich wünschen können! 2 Nighthawk ist eine 5. Reihe Ocean Home auf der Nordseite von North Forest Beach. Wunderschön eingerichtet, bietet es allen Komfort von zu Hause, mit dem Komfort eines sehr kurzen Spaziergang zu den Stränden des Atlantischen Ozeans. Moderne Einrichtung ist in diesem Haus reichlich vorhanden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet bietet dieses Haus mehrere Wohnbereiche für die ganze Familie. Der Eingangsbereich verfügt über eine Sitzecke mit weichen Ledersofas und hohen Fenstern, die den Raum mit natürlichem Licht füllen. Die Küche wurde komplett mit maßgefertigten Schränken, Granitarbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräten renoviert. Ein großer Esstisch direkt neben der Küche ermöglicht gemeinsames Essen. Das Hauptwohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes Sofagarnitur mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, einen großen Flachbild-TV sowie ein modernes Unterhaltungszentrum und einen (nur dekorativen) Kamin.

Dieses Haus verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem an der Wand montierten Flachbild-TV und einem großen eigenen Bad. Vier zusätzliche Schlafzimmer befinden sich ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene, mit 2 auf jeder Seite des Hauses, alle mit Queen-Betten, Flachbild-TVs, und jedes Paar Schlafzimmer teilt ein Vollbad. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Kinderzimmer / Höhle, die über ein Doppel-Etagenbett und ein Queen-Schlafsofa verfügt. Ein großer Flachbild-TV sorgt für Unterhaltung in diesem zusätzlichen Wohnbereich. Ein komplettes Badezimmer ist ebenfalls angebracht.

Outdoor-Wohnräume im Überfluss, mit einem eingezäunten Garten, benutzerdefinierte in Boden Pool mit Pflasterstein Terrasse, eine Sitzecke im vorderen Hof des Hauses, sowie eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten dieses Hauses gehören 4 Fahrräder für Erwachsene von South Beach Cycles und 4 Strandkörbe im Rucksackstil, mit denen Sie in Sekundenschnelle zum Strand gelangen.

Die Poolheizung ist von Mai bis September im Preis inbegriffen und kostet von Oktober bis April 150 USD pro Woche.

Die Kombination aus luxuriösem Wohnraum und familienfreundlichen Außenbereichen macht dieses Strandhaus zum perfekten Ort für Ihren nächsten Urlaub.

Great long weekend with family at 2 Night Hawk. 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min from shopping and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Trip was wonderful,house was good size. Close to beach,private lots of room. One problem pool was too hot. Called they came out said problem fix but next day was hot again. Said it was automatic heated.Sounded a little crazy. Needed heat off. Owner's should look into this problem. We will definitely rent again .

Great Family Beach House

We love this property! This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this house with extended family for our annual beach trip. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots to entertain a variety of ages. Easy walk to beach. Dog friendly with multiple fenced off areas. Love the quiet as it’s a little further away from the hustle of Coligny circle but also conveniently a short walk or bike ride away. We hope to stay here for many years to come!

House was nice. It does need some fixes. The doors in master did not lock and would just open so we had to bungie them shut. But, house was good for all of us! We had a great family vacation!

We appreciated that the entire property was fenced in for our small dog. The pool is great. We bring all of our own stuff with us, but it was nice that the house had starter kits of soap, dish soap, paper products, etc. in case we had forgotten anything. The rental company was easy to work with. We had one little issue with the pool heat and they had it resolved almost immediately. We've been coming to the island for decades and this is the first time we've wanted to book a rental again for the next year. We look forward to coming back to 2 Night Hawk again.

Family Gathering for Our Sons Wedding Event

We wanted a home with space for gathering and young adults to have their own space. We also brought our dog and the fenced yard was appealing. It has a large grass area for pet and can be kept away from pool if needed. Three large areas for lots of people to gather. Home was everything they advertised and was pleased with the experience. Wish they did supply a few essentials, more trash bags for kitchen and foil/plastic wrap for food storage. Didn't think I had to bring and had to purchase. Not a big deal, just always had at homes that we have rented in the past. Walk two homes to the beach and bikes made it complete. Would rent again. Enjoy!

A Dream Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a phenomenal vacation stay. This house was the perfect setting, accommodations and proximity to the beach, dining and shopping. We loved the layout of the house. Ample space for families or multiple adult couples. The amenities were abundant. The house is very modern and each bedroom is a retreat unto itself. The upstairs bonus room/ bedroom is perfect for children. The pool makes leaving the home a difficult choice. You could stay and be totally relaxed and entertained at the house. Having the bikes to get around town and the short walk to the beach are an added bonus. Love the outdoor shower so we could go from beach to pool. It is a quiet oasis! We will be back.

Family New Years Trip

Great Location of property. Easy walk to the beach. Walk, jog, or ride a bike on path just across the street from house. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We did bring our own crockpot for one meal that we planned. Fenced in yard outside of pool area was perfect for the dog. Sunroom area was a great place to sit and relax along with outdoor fenced in patio area. Couple of things to mention though. 1. Description of one of the rooms states that there are 2 queen beds. This is incorrect. There are 5 rooms on main level each with one bed only. 2. French doors in Master bedroom did not lock (or we couldn’t figure out how to lock). These lead out to the pool which could be a HIGH risk for young children. 3. We had paid for the pool to be heated. We weee very disappointed to arrive and the pool was cold. We thought maybe it had just been turned on and gave it a day. Still not warm. Called office and found out that it had not been turned on. We were told that we would be refunded. They came out and turned heat on, but the pool NEVER heated during our stay and so we ended up not using the pool. We have still not been refunded for the payment of heating the pool. Pool looked nice and there is a good area to relax around the pool unfortunately we did not use this area.

House is very updated. We were surprised!

Reviewer Comments: We booked this house last minute for the 4th of July week and we were worried because of the age of the home, however, upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the upgrades and the remodeling and the Brand new pool that they had put in . We also appreciated that the home was available before 4 o’clock because the cleaning crew had finished and the vacation rental company gave us the code which was nice because we were waiting and it was a bonus to get in a little early . There is no outside dining by the grill area which was disappointing and the table in the kitchen needs more seating if you are larger than a family or group larger than six. There is no additional dining seating anywhere in the house . On another note, also upon arrival the owners did show up at the house which surprised us because we went through a vacation rental company . We paid a lot of money for the house for the week and I don’t like owners checking in on us because I find it to be invasive when they are renting it for a large amount of money . I am guessing they were checking to see how the housekeepers did but it’s bothersome . We also had landscapers and pool cleaning people show up unexpectedly which was also surprising because there’s a code to get in the gate to main house. So if your teen girls are at the house alone make sure all blinds are shut .
