Located just steps from one of the Pacific’s finest beaches, guests can enjoy a variety of activities like world-class surfing, deep-sea fishing, golf with oceanfront holes, and horseback riding through both forest and beach landscapes. You’ll also find fantastic dining options just outside Hacienda Pinilla’s third gate.

ABOUT THE VILLA
This two-story, luxurious Spanish villa is updated and features breathtaking ocean views. The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious dining area, a cozy living room, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a fully remodeled bathroom.

Upstairs, there’s a den perfect for movie nights or reading, and a kids’ room with two double beds and a full bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bath with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

The villa also includes wrap-around patios on both levels, furnished with local Guanacaste pieces. Enjoy grilling fresh fish and dining outdoors in a candlelit area, or relax on the hammock with ocean views on the second floor or a beautiful private garden on the first floor.

Just steps from your door, you can cool off in the luxurious pool or get a workout in the comprehensive fitness room.

Our registered guests can access the Beach Club for $5/pp per day.
Experience the ride of a lifetime at the world-class surf break, Little Hawaii, located right in front of the beach club. Take a 15-minute walk down the beach (south) with your beach towels, cooler, and snacks, and spend a few hours watching impressive surfers in action.

Enjoy a round of golf at the championship 18-hole course, just a 5-minute drive away, where several holes offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

Head over to the horse stables (only a 5-minute drive) and take a scenic horseback ride through the forest and along parts of the beach. Along the way, you’ll likely spot howler monkeys and colorful birds. For those who prefer cycling, mountain bikes are available for rent, and the trails offer miles of exhilarating rides. You can pick up your bikes next to the tennis courts.

Get your tennis game on at the courts, and afterward, treat yourself to a delicious meal or cocktails at the upscale Hacienda-style Marriott or the golf club restaurant, conveniently located across from the tennis facility.

For a change of scenery, drive through the private Hacienda roads to Langosta Beach, where you can relax on another beautiful stretch of white sand with fantastic surf. Our villa has been recently renovated and is lovingly maintained. It boasts a serene backyard, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. Many guests also enjoy the company of our resident Howler monkeys, who love hanging out in the trees.
