THE HOME
As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept space filled with natural light. Expansive windows and large sliding glass doors frame a breathtaking panoramic 90° sweep of Monterey Bay, layered mountain ridges, drifting coastal fog, and dramatic sky color shifts throughout the day.

Every room and bedroom in the home faces this panoramic expanse along the entire back of the property. The kitchen is the one room that also looks out toward the front garden, where seasonal blooms and a vibrant fuchsia bush with striking pink and purple flowers attract hummingbirds throughout the day. Their presence brings a joyful sense of movement and life to the space.
One of the most beloved features is the radiant heated flooring throughout the home. The soft, even warmth grounds you from the moment you arrive. It's quiet, gentle, and consistent—no blowing vents or cold patches. Just soothing warmth underfoot during cool mornings and foggy coastal evenings. The home feels spa-like the moment you enter.

THE KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare nourishing meals. The kitchen includes high-quality tools and appliances that make cooking both easy and enjoyable. You'll have access to a Vitamix, bread maker, dehydrator, popcorn maker, food processor, and other premium tools that even professional chefs appreciate.

For convenience, we keep a variety of staples available at all times, including beans, lentils, shelf-stable proteins, nourishing pantry basics, and frozen vegetables. Fresh organic vegetables and other ingredients can be provided upon request before your stay, ensuring everything arrives fresh and intentional.

Whether you're preparing smoothies, tea or coffee, simple snacks, or full meals, the kitchen is designed to support wellness and ease.

As you will be staying in a high-end luxury home, we kindly ask that you treat the space and all belongings with care and respect. In particular, please use non-metal utensils only with the cookware and make sure the bottoms of all pots and pans are clean before cooking, so food is not burned onto the exterior surfaces.

If any cookware is found to be damaged due to the use of metal utensils or improper care as described above, the cost of replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. Thank you

With zero light pollution, the stars here are exceptionally bright. Constellations stand out clearly, planets glow, and shooting stars are common. Combined with the warmth of the water and the crisp mountain air, the hot tub becomes a deeply restorative experience.
