Arbor House Ferienhaus Santa Cruz Beach Cottage in Santa Cruz, Kalifornien, ist eine private Residenz mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad, die bequem Platz für 2 bis 4 Gäste und eine Familie mit 6 Personen bietet.

Miete für ein Wochenende oder ein paar Wochen während des ganzen Jahres. Wir sind nur vier Häuser und 150 Stufen zum Twin Lakes State Beach, Santa Cruz auf dem Monterey Bay Sanctuary.

Nur wenige Schritte entfernt sind Essen, Getränke, Bootfahren und Unterhaltung auf dem Yachthafen von Santa Cruz. Es wird keinen Grund geben, die Nachbarschaft zu verlassen!

Als Sie auf dem erhöhten Hinterhof Deck unserer Hütte sitzen, sehen Boote kommen und gehen aus dem Santa Cruz Yacht Harbour. In der Ferne hört man die Seelöwen am Santa Cruz Pier und die Erwachsenen und Kinder lachen und schreien, während sie den Circa 1924 Giant Dipper auf der berühmten 100 Jahre alten Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk fahren. Eine 7-minütige Fahrt oder eine 1. 20 Meile zu Fuß. Es gibt auch eine 'Sommersaison' Fähre, die Sie über den Yachthafen gleiten wird, um Sie auf Ihrem Spaziergang zum Beach Boardwalk etwas schneller zu machen.

Nehmen Sie Kayaking Ausflüge auf der Bucht oder eine Chardonnay II Tour, gehen Weinprobe oder nehmen Sie den Skunk Train in die Santa Cruz Mountains!

Great location!

We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!

Excellent Cottage

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House during the Thanksgiving holiday - we loved that it was close to the beach and other amenities. This was our second stay in this lovely cottage and I would highly recommend it - the check in and out was easy and the host was very accommodating! Thank you!!!

Charming cottage close to the beach

This small home is accurately described and photographed in the advertisement, and is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. It takes maybe two minutes to stroll down to the beach and marina area, where there are also a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. Ideal! The area requires street parking, but we had no problem finding a spot very close by. Mattresses and pillows in the bedrooms were quite comfortable, and we heard no nighttime noise in the neighborhood. It’s an older home, so all rooms are somewhat small… notably the bathroom. We had a great time staying here, but made a key mistake: we should’ve booked a couple more nights!

We love this gem of a cottage. We have been coming here almost every summer for the last 6 years or so. My daughter is a teen now! As long as we can, we will keep coming back. We’ve been meeting up with family in Santa Cruz for years. Found our cottage several years ago and have been returning ever since. The location can’t be beat for beach and restaurants. 100 steps to the beach

Wr had a wonderful stay in a fantastic location with everything we needed. And for us, all that was needed was being at the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised by how close we were to Twin Lakes Beach!…just 100 steps (and i counted) The back deck was where we would start and end the day—a peaceful relaxing spot for the family where we had all our meals when we didn’t eat out. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance or a very short drive. The home is cottage cozy, very charming and plenty of supplies. We would leave the windows open at night to take in the ocean sounds. It was all quite lovely. The only suggestion is a more visible ‘no parking’ sign on the garage door as there were beachgoers who parked in that spot. They let us know later they didn’t see the faded sign. So that’s how awesome this trip was for us if that is the only ‘issue’ and i expect to be fielding questions from the kids on a daily basis as to when we can go back..what a great trip!

This cozy beach cottage has it all and it’s our favorite among all the other Twin Lakes cottages we’ve enjoyed. One block from the beach, view of harbor from deck, a garden both front and back, plus an outdoor shower. The fun beach-theme decor is everywhere. Truly a perfect experience.

Amazing stay!

Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We were allowed both early check in and late check out without any glitches. The cottage is adorable and was very clean and organized. Lovely walkable neighborhood with nearby cafe, two restaurants, a gift store and of course the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect little house for me and my sisters. I am a picky traveler and I appreciated the cleanliness and organization. Walked to the harbor in 2 minutes for dinner at Crows Nest and breakfast at Cafe El Palomar. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Hello, I’m Shirley, your host, and I would like to share a bit of the history of Arbor House Cottage. Arbor House was built in 1937 and has been in the family since 1958. My grandmother was the second owner. Though it wasn't called Arbor House then, it was simply a long term rental.

My grandparents lived across the street in the corner house and I remember going to visit them and playing there. Being with them was very special to me and my siblings. After they passed, I lived there with my Mother and Father until I married and started my own family and after my mother passed, the cottage came to me.

It is good to be able to go over from time to time, enjoy the beach and delicious restaurants and recall the wonderful memories!.....(note the picture on the wall in the dining room, it's not me but reminds me of myself as a child on the beach).....

Scott and I have put many long and loving hours into making Arbor House the warm and welcoming Cottage that it is today.

Arbor House Beach Cottage is located on 6th Avenue, just four houses up and 150 steps to Twin Lakes State Beach.

Just steps away is one of Monterey Bay's most popular restaurants, The Crow's Nest, offering spectacular waterfront views on the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary.

As you sit on the deck of our Vacation Rental cottage, watch boats come and go from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Listen to the Sea Lions on the Santa Cruz Pier, and the adults and children laughing as they ride the 1924 Giant Dipper on the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. About 1.97 miles away and a 7 minute drive or a 1.20 mile walk.

Free Water Taxi throughout the Yacht Harbor: Weekends and Holidays,
10 AM - 6 PM Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Take Kyaking excursions on the Bay or a Chardonnay II Tour, take a ride on the historic Roaring Camp Railroad or go Wine Tasting!
