The Space:

Welcome to your private Montana escape—an expansive, secluded 5-bedroom mountain retreat offering truly breathtaking panoramic views in every direction. Surrounded by untouched natural beauty, this home is designed for guests who crave peace, space, and an unforgettable stay in the heart of Big Sky country. - Five thoughtfully furnished bedrooms that have been recently updated with additional furniture to accommodate 16 guests (pictures not updated yet)

- Bedroom one now features a twin over full bunk bed plus a game room

- Second bedroom with one queen bed

- Third bedroom with one king bed

- Four bedroom with two queen beds

- Large fifth bedroom with one queen bed and three single beds

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. The garage is the only space guests are not allowed to use.

Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach the house is by car. From Bozeman or the Bozeman Airport (BZN), take I-90 East to Livingston, then follow US-89 South toward Yellowstone. After about 25 minutes on US-89, you’ll turn onto the local roads that lead directly to the home. The full trip takes about 50–60 minutes.



Transportation Notes

- Renting a car is strongly recommended—the area is rural and ride-shares are limited.

- Highways are paved and easy to drive, but local roads near the home may be gravel.

- In winter, 4WD/AWD is recommended.



You can also arrange for private shuttle or car services from the airport but we recommend hiring those in advance.



Other Things to Note:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is allowed indoors. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We allow for two dogs and an additional fee of $150 per stay.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Security: You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
