Per the City of South Lake Tahoe Permit the maximum occupancy is 6, 5 children up to the age of 13 are allowed
Parking: 2 vehicles only and they must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or front yard parking. The City of South Lake Tahoe Code Enforcement team strictly enforces the parking regulations.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)
