The Space:

Kamaya Jungle Condo at Samsara is a refined base for groups and families who want style, comfort and easy access to everything Tulum offers.



Located just off the beach road, you’re perfectly placed to walk to cafés, restaurants and boutiques, with major grocery stores only a short drive away so you can stock the condo with ease. When it’s time for the sea, enjoy curated beach club access—our team can arrange loungers and reservations at select Tulum beach clubs for relaxed, effortless days on the coast.



Inside, Kamaya is designed for comfort and connection, with two king bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, ideal for families or a small group of friends. Modern finishes, soft textures and jungle-inspired accents create a calm, elevated space to unwind between outings.



Within Samsara, you’ll also enjoy two large resort-style pools, a dedicated co-work area, gym and open-air yoga space, making it easy to balance downtime, wellness and remote work.

Guest Access:

Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.



Beach access:

In Tulum, the best beaches sit behind private beach clubs. We've built the access quietly, through direct relationships with ten of the Mexican Caribbean's most sought-after clubs — Gitano, Hotel Panamera, and Umi among them. After booking, you'll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club's current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. Beach day reservations are placed directly in the app the day before — one tap, no back-and-forth — so your morning opens with a confirmed name on the list.

A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It's standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there's nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren't permitted — everything comes from the club's kitchen.

For a free option, there are public beach access points and a small handful of Tulum hotels keep public beach access open. We'll point you to the ones worth the trip for your week, with honest notes on chair availability and crowds.

The Neighborhood:

Samsara is set along Tulum’s Coba Road corridor, a prime location close to everything. You’re minutes from major grocery stores for easy stocking up, plus boutique shopping, chic cafés and destination restaurants. A dedicated bike path runs straight toward the beach zone, making it simple to cycle to Tulum’s famous shoreline, beach clubs and bars. Perfect blend of convenience and jungle vibe.



Getting Around:

Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.

Bikes- we can recommend places to rent

Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa
