Mountain Vista is a brand-new hilltop cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 private acres in the Catskills. Close to hiking trails, All Star Village (23 mi), Cooperstown (27.6 mi), and Brewery Ommegang. Features include a dramatic great room with 26-ft ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and an epic game/theater room with surround sound. Relax in the hot tub with treetop views from the wraparound deck. Your four-season Catskills basecamp awaits.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We love animals and welcome your fur babies. (Cats & Dogs Only) - 2 pets MAX (sorry no exceptions) - there is a charge of $25 per pet per night.

Enjoy a welcome supply of coffee, tea & cocoa for your first night; please bring additional provisions for your stay.

Starter supply of paper goods (toilet paper & paper towels) provided; depending on length of stay you may need to restock on your own as needed during your stay.

We do not have a wood pile on the property, if you plan to use the FIREPLACE or FIRE PIT, you will need to supply your own fire wood.

If you would like to enhance your time at the cabin, the HOT TUB is available for an additional $50 per night.


Mountain Vista sits proudly atop a wooded hill in higher-elevation, accessed by an unpaved road through the woods. During winter months even though the road is plowed and sanded, it is still often snowy and sometimes icy. It's best traveled with AWD or 4WD. (Rear wheel drive vehicles unfortunately will not make it up the hill.)

Please note: after your booking is confirmed we do require guests to complete identify verification and sign a rental agreement form. If pets are in the reservation, a pet agreement must be signed as well. We use a pms system Hospitable, (which is approved by and integrated with Airbnb) to complete these additional steps.

We provide free of charge an Electric Vehicle Outlet which is 20amp /250 volt. See plug shape under exterior photos.

Security: For your safety, we have exterior security cameras.


Non-Airbnb platforms: we collect a security deposit of $500. Security deposit will be returned as long as there is no damage to the property.
