This beach house has old Florida Charm and is well maintained with great large gathering spaces indoors and out. This listing is for rental of the first floor of this large house/ It is a duplex. the second floor can be rented too and opened up for larger groups. upstairs and down have separate entrances and parking. All large outdoor patios go with the first floor.
It is one house off the beach at the prime swimming and beach area off of Palmetto ave. the extra photos has the exact location pinpointed.

if a hurricane is predicted on any of your reserved dates and up to one week BEFORE, reservation will be cancelled and money refunded upon your request.
No Pets or Smoking! $500 fine for either.
