Nestled in the scenic beauty of Paradise Valley, Arizona, this area offers a rich mix of outdoor adventure and cultural experiences. Visitors can explore Camelback Mountain for challenging hikes and panoramic views or enjoy a more relaxed stroll through the Desert Botanical Garden, showcasing the region’s unique flora. Nearby Scottsdale offers upscale shopping and dining at Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale, known for its vibrant arts scene and Southwestern charm. POOL & HOT TUB HEATING
The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per day. The hot tub is available year-round, while pool heating is unavailable during the winter months. Please note that the daily heating fee applies even if you choose to heat only the hot tub.

Please let us know least 72 hours before arrival if you would like the pool heated or at least 48 hours in advance for hot tub heating.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

SECURITY
Exterior security cameras might be located at the front entry and driveway. They record video only and do not monitor interior spaces.

SAFETY NOTICE
Please note that bees may occasionally be present near the pool and hot tub area, as they are attracted to water. They are generally not aggressive, but guests should use caution and avoid disturbing them.

The pool is regularly maintained, and adjustments such as adding salt may be performed to help manage conditions. If you notice increased activity, please let us know.
