Studio Loft with King Bed Downtown

Summary:

In a renovated building downtown, our location is EVERYTHING. In a prime spot within walking distance to the Giant Eyeball, parks, restaurants, and more. After a day of exploring the area, you can grab a bite at a nearby restaurant or cook in our place with the large floor plans. Relax into the night, watching Disney+, Amazon Prime, or Netflix on our TV! After a great movie, you'll get a great night's sleep on your comfortable king-sized bed with soft pillows in a secure building.



The Space:

This is a modern property in a can't beat location. Our place has beautiful flooring and countertops, and modern design all over the community.



We have a comfortable king-sized bed (you will be raving about the great night's sleep). The rest of the apartment has an open-floor plan where you'll find the kitchen and a dining area. You can also enjoy some views from the rooftop restaurant.



Guest Access:

There is a common entrance to the building, but once you enter the apartment, the entire space is yours.



The Neighborhood:

This is in the heart of Downtown Dallas! Near the corner of Akard and Elm Street, this is an extremely popular area with restaurants, sights to see, and business buildings all within a couple of blocks. There's something for everyone to do!



Notable distances from popular locations are listed below (approx. times):

- 19 mins. from the airport.

- 20 mins. from Six Flags.

- 9 mins. from the zoo.

- 6 mins. from American Airlines Center.



Getting Around:

No parking is provided, so you may utilize street-metered parking or use the parking garage across the street for $17 a day (not affiliated with garage and their pricing).



Everything around is EASILY accessible and walkable; you can walk to local restaurants, cafes, or even some grocery stores all within less a mile.



Ride-shares are also in Dallas if you prefer to take a ride, but don't want to walk and don't have a car.

This is a historic building, so it does not come with parking on-site. You must utilize street-metered parking or the parking garage against the street for $17 a day (not affiliated with garage and their pricing).



Please bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you think you'll need them. Since our prime location is near the hustle and bustle and light may shine in, we want to make sure you have the best night's sleep possible.
