Step inside to a bright, welcoming entry that opens into an inviting living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day at the beach or gathering for a movie night, the open floor plan offers plenty of room for everyone to spend time together. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. Designed with privacy and comfort in mind, the home offers two spacious bedrooms inside the main house, each with its own private bathroom and flat-screen TV.

• Detached Bunk Room: Full-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 4)

The detached bunk room is located on the second floor above the outdoor area and is accessed through the backyard. It's the perfect space for teens, older kids, or additional guests who would enjoy a little extra privacy while staying close to the group. There is no internal access from the main portion of the home to this room. It can only be accessed by the external stairs.
