IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Starter Supplies:
We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in.

Linens & Towels:
Linens and bath towels are included. A mid-stay swap-out is available for a small fee.

Pool Towels:
Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as they are not provided by the resort.

Beach Gear:
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but can be rented seasonally from the lifeguards on the beach.

Host Support:
Our team is available to assist promptly with any questions or special requests during your stay. The resort front desk is not associated with our private rental.

Cleaning:
The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety.

Parking Limitations:
Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck. Any overnight parking fees are set and collected by the resort front desk and are not managed by the host.
To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, we have a mandatory rental agreement process.
- The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking.
- By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
- Failure to complete the agreement in the allotted time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
