VBBL - Villa at Bethany Lakes

Just over 2 miles to Bethany Beach. This Coastal themed home will provide the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the local area. Last Pool Day - The outside pool will be closed for the season beginning 9-15-25. Reopens Memorial day weekend 2026. Guests are provided a secure door code by email 2 -5 days prior to arrival. The code changes with each guest. The entire homes is available for use except one storage room off the garage. Fresh towels and linens are included with your stay. Daily use items (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are NOT provided. All the TVs are streaming only. Guests need to have their user name and password for their own accounts. Applications (Netflix, Prime, HULU, YouTube TV, etc.) are available to log onto with your account. Please be sure to log off prior to your departure so the next guest does not have access to you account. The community has great amenities available for an additional fee. These amenities include a large clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools, grills, kayak launch, game room, fitness center, hot tub, children's playground, tennis and pickle ball courts. The outdoor pool is open between 5-23-26 thru 9-14-26. On very rare occasions, the pools may be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee the pools will be open during your stay. The fee schedule for the community amenities (optional) is as follows. $200 per stay. (This is a change the HOA has adopted). A $50 fee (per FOB - 2 total and/or garage remote -1 total) will charged to the guest if the FOB/Remote is lost/not returned. A rental agreement (which will include the BAYSIDE AT BETHANY LAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS) will be sent by email (a link to e-sign the agreement) after booking and must be signed within 10 days. The form will take about 5 minutes to complete.
