For clarity, the property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and a desirable area, with convenient access to shopping and restaurants—one of the main reasons guests choose this location. Regarding visitors, our standard policy—similar to many other listings—is that outside guests are not permitted. You specifically requested an exception, and we approved it as a courtesy. Additionally, for guest security and peace of mind, we provide access to view the exterior cameras through the living room TV. This is an added bonus we offer to guests and is not a standard feature at most properties. To address amenities, we do provide night lamps in each bedroom. Since not every guest uses them in the same way, they are placed in the corners of each room so guests can move them wherever is most convenient. We also supply complimentary extras, including Starbucks and McDonald’s coffee options, as shown in the cabinet, along with free popcorn, bottled water, and candy. Lastly, the property includes a pool, which is factored into the pricing. Unfortunately, weather conditions during your stay did not allow for pool use, which was outside of our control. While we respect your right to share your opinion, multiple amenities and policy exceptions were provided during your stay.
