Welcome to your Myrtle Beach getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor with elevator access offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for extended stays.
Located in the desirable Magnolia Pointe community, you'll be just minutes from the beach, championship golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The condo features an open-concept living area with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the community.
Guests also have access to community amenities, including outdoor pools and walking paths. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the essential cookware and dishes
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Free high-speed WiFi and Smart TV

- Bed linens and bath towels are provided for all guests
- Bath towels are for indoor use only—please bring your own beach towels
- Beach equipment is not provided due to frequent damage and loss
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on premises.
Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.
