A 🔐 Code is provided at check in for easy access. A unique code will be provided for your reservation to access the keypad or lockbox for the duration of your stay.
We like to provide our guest with their own space so interaction is on an as need basis. Please message us via the airbnb app should you have any questions.
The property is located just across from Lake Fairview and fairview shores neighborhood. We are located just off the main road Edgewater Drive. You will have privacy and parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Heading south from the property you`ll find plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of College Park. If Winter Park is your destination, both Lee Road and Fairbanks are just blocks away. There is a Neighborhood Walmart within one mile of the home.
The house is in a residential area so please respectfully observe quiet hours

If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can`t help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes.
🐕 🐈 Max Pet occupancy= 2. 🚭- No Pets or Animals over 25lbs - Sorry no cats. ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest)

⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue
🅿️ Parking for 2 vehicles. One in driveway and one in carport. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on the front lawn.
📅 - For stays 10+ days we require a complimentary weekly tidy clean. We will schedule with you for your convenience
🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
