Built in 1935, this spacious southwest style adobe home with a large private yard that has a beautiful garden is a perfect home for couples, a family or a group of friends wanting explore Santa Fe`s many riches. You can easily stroll to Canyon Road, the downtown Plaza (less than a mile), the Capitol and Railyard art district. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can be the perfect home base in the City Different.
Casa Jardín means Garden House and the architect was John Gaw Meem, a leading founder of Santa Fe style architecture.
It has an immaculate large garden in a private yard in front of the house and can be enjoyed from the porch/portal.
Casa Jardín is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the center of town, the Plaza de Armas.
Kaune`s Neighborhood market and Ohiri`s Coffee Roasters is walking distance.
St Johns College and Museum hill are 1 mile away.
The living room and office both have Bose sounds speakers ready to play music from your devices.
Plenty of parking.
This is a stand alone home and guests will have access to entire home and outside areas including front portal and back patio.

This neighborhood is called South Capital because it is south of the Capital. Its quite, family friendly and a short walk into town.
Parking spots are on the driveway on the side of the house next to the side entrance door. You can also park on the street but are encouraged to park in the drive way.
Note that there is usually have a 4 night minimum, but please do message me if you are interested in a shorter stay.
Pets are welcome but there will be a pet(s) fee starting at $60. Price varies
The Short Term Rental Permit Number is: 18-00151381
Taxes: The property is subject to Santa Fe Short Term Rental tax (for rentals less than 30 days) of 7% which Airbnb collects on behalf of Santa Fe. In addition, I collect directly New Mexico Gross Receipts tax of 8.3475% on the room fees including cleaning (but not deposits). I usually collect this through Airbnb additional fees.
Pets with prior agreement and additional fee depending on length of stay which I will also collect separately.
Please park on the Driveway making sure to leave access to the casita in the back. The concierge book in the home has all the home information.
When you are getting ready to check out, message your host so that the cleaning crew can know when to start.
