Though backyard is shared with guests from front house it is very lush and has multiple sitting spaces for your own privacy. This is a stand alone studio tiny house. No separate bedroom as you can see from the photos. The queen bed is extremely comfortable and extra cleaning measures are taken between guests to make sure we comply to Airbnb Covid requirements. If you like it dark while you sleep then this place is perfect! We have blackout curtains on both double French doors to make the space extra cozy. You may just sleep in on vacation! With high speed WiFi this place can double as a workspace if needed. Our 40” smart TV is available with all streaming services so you can log in to your own accounts plus free Roku TV and Movies. . Kitchenette is complete with dishes, Keurig coffee pot (we provide the coffee, creamer, and assorted sugars), microwave, and mini fridge. Couch is great for relaxing and watching tv or Eating takeout on the pull up tables. And we hope you don’t have to but the small laptop tables provide a workspace should you need to work on vacation. The full bathroom has a walk in shower. We provide towels for your stay as well as most toiletry amenities you could need should you forget. There is also an outdoor shower on the patio should you need to rinse off after going to the beach. Though the backyard is shared with the front house (sleeps 4) it is very lush and there are 3 separate sitting / entertaining spaces for guests to have their own privacy. Outside of this specific tiny house there is a pergola perfect for enjoying the fresh Air. Off street parking in driveway is reserved for guests of this tiny house only. Guest will have access to whole tiny house as well as the backyard. We live just a few houses down and are always available to answer any questions guests may have. We love this neighborhood! We live just a few houses down. It’s close to the beach and you definitely can’t beat that! There is a corner store a block and a half away that you can walk to or drive that is perfect for a quick snack or drink. Getting around Galveston is easy! We have cabs but it’s cheaper to Uber or Lyft. There are also many bike, scooter, and golf cart rental companies all of the island. If you’d like more info on any of them just ask! The backyard is shared but their are 3 separate sitting areas and thick foliage hides most of the tiny house sitting area from the back deck of main home.
