Near State Hwy 30 and State Hwy 7, this location offers easy access to sports events, wedding venues, restaurant dining, and shopping in Oxford, New Albany, Tupelo, and Holly Springs.



The Space:

Enjoy the luxurious, fully furnished and well-appointed rooms, offering modern comfort in a family room and a well-equipped kitchen, complete w/ new appliances and an eating bar.



The charming Guest House is all new, and has a family room with gas fireplace, TV, and 2 bedrooms, (one w/ king bed, one w/ 2 twin beds), 2 full baths (one with a tub and shower, one w/ shower). A loveseat/sofa bed offers an additional regular-size bed. Maximum number of guests: 4. Parking available for only 2 vehicles.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the Guest House. The back porch, yard, and pool are shared spaces with the Host Family. Spectacular, spacious back porch, with vanity bathroom, offers outdoor wood-burning fireplace, plus a delightful view of the in-ground pool with a peaceful background of a wooded, country space.

Parking for two cars is available in left lane of Host driveway.



Interaction with Guests:

Host and guest will share the backyard space that includes the pool. There is NOT a fence around the pool so this property is not safe for unattended children
