Welcome to Three Bears Hideaway in the Smoky Mountains. This family-friendly cabin sleeps up to 10 and puts you minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Parkway to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable mountain retreat with room for everyone across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main living areas offer a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring, with a seasonal gas fireplace for cool evenings and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office.

Head to the game room for friendly competition at the pool table or a round of Connect Four. Outside, enjoy the deck with a private hot tub and outdoor seating surrounded by fresh mountain air. You’ll also have resort access to a seasonal outdoor pool, and a private washer and dryer to keep gear ready for the next day’s adventures. Parking is easy in the paved driveway right out front.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles directly in front of the property. No additional parking beyond this.

• Entry: Keyless entry via electronic lock on the front door.

• Stairs: This cabin has stairs between levels.

• WiFi/Cell Service: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote location, internet and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Fireplace: Gas fireplace is seasonal and available October–March. The pilot light will be on during the season; turn the timer past 10 minutes to light.

• Resort Pool: Outdoor pool is seasonal and typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Winter Travel: 4x4 or AWD may be required during winter months.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are provided.

• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Smoking: This is a non-smoking home.

• Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras on the front deck—one overlooking the driveway and one facing the main entry. They record exterior/common areas only.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• If the home is ready before 4:00 PM on arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. Late checkout may be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, and not guaranteed.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
