This a nicely remodeled property with modern appliances, excellent space for many to hang out, and a game room that kept everyone entertained. The host is very attentive and the check in and check out were super easy. Great place for the price. Less than 30 min drive to Glenwood Springs.

Absolutely beautiful setting for a perfect stay! David was extremely responsive and professional and made sure every part of our stay was great. The home was immaculate and every detail was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent rental for large families. Easily fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Roomy, clean, spectacular kitchen and bathrooms. Check in and communication was super easy. We'll absolutely be staying here again!

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in, it was immaculate and everything was exactly as portrayed on the website. The host went out of his way checking on us coming in as there was inclement weather and he offered an alternate route saving us time. My only negative for the stay is we only had time for two nights as I would have liked to stay longer.

I could do a better job of explaining to folks how relaxing an hour in the spa at night looking at the stars is. Or just sitting on the deck at the table watching life crawl on by. Amazing home and property. Clean, truly! Our host David was attentive to our needs without being intrusive. He made sure immediately that we had everything we needed... and so many amenities you don't often see... full size hand/dish soap, plenty of t.p., kleenex, paper towels, and kitchen baggies, aluminum foil, parchment paper. And the kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, tools for inside and grill... pots, pans, bowels and platters. There was NOTHING we wanted for at this amazing Colorado home. The outside... balcony, patio, deck, hot tub area... beautiful views. Hours were spent by all enjoying and relaxing in these spaces. You could tell our host David wanted us to effortlessly enjoy our family vacation. We were treated to fresh flowers and eggs. The pictures are beautiful, but the reality is beyond! Been vacationing for 15 years with extended family and this was the best all around experience.

Well 15 years of family vacations is a lot! To be mentioned as the best time yet is an honor to say the least! My wife and I read thousands of other folks reviews before we launched these properties, we really focused on complaints, what do people not like? Our opinion was that everyone would appreciate quality, but that was not enough. We tried and continue to tweak and adjust everything to make your experience memorable and that you feel valued as a client. Keep us in mind for #16! We will be still be here and better than before!

The house was beautifully done. And the 2nd floor deck was shaded and caught a nice breeze for a nice afternoon relax. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, including the 4 grandkids. They especially enjoyed the bunk room for sleeping and the game room. The back deck was also well done and the huge hot tub was a big hit for all! Our host was super and made sure we were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could want as far as cooking goes including a large chefs gas stove. And plenty of dishes and silverware for all, including plastic dishes and silverware for our grandkids. There was a grill on the deck, but we didn't have a chance to use it - maybe next trip!The property is just a short drive down the interstate from Glenwood Springs. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with this choice! 5 stars all the way!!

BEST VACATION RENTAL EVER! PHENOMINAL! Everything in the house is NEW! Every room has a remote hand-held AC control for perfect temperatures throughout the house. Best sleep ever in four beautifully themed bedrooms with plush new mattresses, bedding and pillows. (We will purchase the same for our home). Every digital pulse through the Orchard House provided high-end luxury comfort; steamed shower, smart mirrors, coffee corner, massive gas range/oven, washer-dryer, and every kitchen need to serve and seat 20 guests in and outside the home. Amazing hot tub and deck! The grandkids loved it! Not to mention the ping-pong, pin-ball and video arcade party adjacent to their cowboy themed bedroom in the basement. This place was a huge hit for the young and old kids. But I am still holding a cup of joe on the veranda overlooking the orchard and the long driveway leading into a beautiful mountain expanse. Paradise!The Orchard House is the most incredible Colorado mountain experience of our lives, exceeded only by the care and attention of the owners. When a power outage shut down the whole town and we were evacuated from local businesses and activities, Dave and Abbey made sure that we were safe and sound. Their communication was continuous and helpful. Their deep roots in the community gave us the support we needed to thrive. They created a space our family will share for a life time. Thank you David and Abbey...for everything!
