This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will surely become your new favorite retreat in Glenwood Springs. Wake up each morning to expansive views of Mount Sopris and the Roaring Fork River Valley through the large picture windows or breathe in the fresh mountain air from the wrap-around deck. The main level boasts a large open-concept living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables and a large kitchen island. Settle into the living room with cozy sofas and a large HDTV, or enjoy listening to music from the wifi-connected Sonos speakers. Head to the lower level featuring a large living room with a warm gas stove, sectional sofa and Smart TV. Spend your afternoons in the game room which includes a pool table, game table, and Smart TV. When you are ready to enjoy the evening sky, head outside to the outdoor living space complete with a propane fire pit, adirondack seating, and 6-person hot tub.

After spending the day enjoying all that Glenwood Springs has to offer, you can retreat to either of the two upstairs king bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a sitting area and ensuite bathroom with waterfall shower, or the upstairs guest room with king bed. Send the kids off to dreamland in the upstairs bunk room with two twin-over-double bunk beds and two twin trundle beds. You can also head to the lower level, with another cozy guest room with queen bed and a queen pullout sofa in the game room.

This home is located on 3 acres in a peaceful neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs.

Glenwood Springs is a fantastic year-round destination! Come in the winter to ski the Aspen ski resorts (1 hour drive from the house) or try out Sunlight Ski Resort for skiing or snowmobiling (10 minutes from the house). Relax in the incredible Iron Mountain Hot Springs with several hot spring pools of varied temperatures or visit the classic Glenwood Hot Springs or Vapor Caves. Take the gondola to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, America’s only mountain-top theme park featuring roller coasters, cave tours, an alpine coaster, and more! Come hike on the many trails between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale and see incredible mountain views, or visit Hanging Lake and take in the turquoise water and gorgeous waterfalls. You can raft on the Colorado River or mountain bike on the many trails in the summer and end your day with dinner and drinks in downtown Glenwood Springs with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. - During the snowy season (Sept 1-May 1) a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required to get to our home as we have a long, steep driveway.
- Smoking/vaping/marijuana are NOT allowed at our home. This includes no smoking on our decks or our outdoor space due to the fire hazard. Smoking inside the home will incur a fine of $500 to mitigate the smell and provide professional ozone treatment.
