Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also includes a full-size futon, perfect for kids.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a top-floor, walk-up unit with 24 stairs steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. The required parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Portable crib provided.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
