Das 405 Yacht Harbour bietet Blick auf den Morgan Creek Marina sowie den Gemeinschaftspool Yacht Harbour. Der Gemeinschaftspool verfügt über einen Whirlpool sowie zwei Grillstationen. We were really disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. There was mold inside the bottom and up the sides of the dishwasher. We also had mold on the inside of the bathtubs and mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. The throw pillows that were on the bed were filthy. It looked as if there was orange self tanner on them. The property manager contacted us to check on our stay which was very nice. We told them our concerns and offered to send someone to clean the shower and said it was mildew but we declined at that point. They told us to just put the throw pillows in a closet. We spent the first day of our vacation washing bedding because we were worried it wasn’t cleaned. You do get a 250 beach credit for chairs or other beach supplies which is nice but just be aware it is a 10 minute walk to the beach (0.60 of a mile) - which was fine for us but if you have smaller kids it will be a challenge.

The villa was clean and comfortable. I liked the gated community setting. Close to the beautiful beach. We all loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time there. The only thing we missed was a blender for frozen margaritas! We looked for one at the Goodwill but no luck!

Great location for an Isle of Palms stay!

Great location and amenities for an Isle of Palms stay! The condo was spacious and comfortable and the three bedroom en-suites were so nice with our group of three couples. The furnishings are starting to show wear but I'm sure this unit stays booked most all year round. The view of the pool and Yacht Harbor was so nice and the beach was a short bicycle or golf cart ride away!

Really enjoyed our stay at 405 Yacht Harbor Court. Beautiful property with a pool out the back door. We were able to enjoy 1/2 day in Charleston, 1/2 day at beach and wind down at the pool every evening. Our girls, 3y and 5y, loved everything. We will strongly consider this location again.

Perfect for our family

We loved the 2 master suites, each with their own full bathroom. The kids also enjoyed their bunk beds with an extra queen bed. They had their own full bathroom as well. The pool was just steps away. The kitchen was well stocked and we all enjoyed the games and puzzles that were there for our use! We had a great vacation!

Labor Day weekend

This property was really quite nice. We loved the beautiful view of the pool with the palm trees and the marina behind it. The landscaping around the pool and other units adds to the appeal. We also loved the proximity to the pool, and enjoyed walking around the community and walking the trails. Our only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be more well-stocked with cooking utensils and better pans to cook eggs, sauté vegetables, etc.in.

Beautiful area

We were looking for 3 rooms with 3 separate baths and it fit perfectly. Nice area. Only problem was the lighting was weak especially in kitchen and some loose outlets. And the beach was alot further away than a little walk. It needed to be driven to and then walk. But the place itself was very nice.

Wonderful family vacation

This was a great home and very spacious for our family of 4. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! The pool directly behind the house was perfect for the very hot days! The home was very clean and felt very comfortable. Our only complaint was that it would have been better to have a book with directions on how to use the Resort. Because everything is fairly spread out, it was difficult to figure everything out. It would have been helpful to know where to park for the beach, which beach to use, where the different pools were with their differences, the marina for snacks and such, etc. The golf cart would have been awesome to use 😊 Overall this was a very great property and we had a fantastic vacation!

We have maps that are provided at check-in, along with the sportscard information that has information on additional pools and amenities. This is all put together in our check-in buckets that are left in the unit prior to arrival, and we apologize, if this wasn't included for your stay. We also have a full service answering service after hours and our front desk can provide concierge services along with recommendations or information about the area should you ever need anything during a future visit. We can also provide local guides on restaurants, golf, tours, fishing, etc for anyone new to the island or that wants an update on the popular activities We hope to see you soon on the island and look forward to your return to the island!

This property was exactly as advertised and I have no complaints. There was a minor snafu with a maintenance issue but it was handled effectively. When we checked in the master bed had been shifted/moved a little. Probably from housekeeping making the bed. I think a spat broke in the process of that. We called the number we need to and maintenance took care of the issue. I would stay at this unit again.

Very good condo and nice area

Stay was great except one thing. With the free beach gear I was charged late fee. I ask beach gear staff to help me with on line ordering since I am 71 years old and not use to doing it. They told me to use another device which I could not do. It took me days to get it done. I was so aggravated if I could have got my money back from condo I would have stayed home.

I reserved this home for my family. Everything was as stated and as expected. Unfortunately, when my family left the house, accidently their work phone was left behind. The cleaning people took it home with them. They didn't call or alert anyone to let them know they took the phone. My family had to call and told the property management that the phone was at the cleaning people house. This is unprofessional. It was reported to the police.

Perfect getaway

Excellent location on quiet street. Steps to harbor, pool, and 3 minute bike / 10 minute walk to beach. House was clean and well-appointed. We loved it!

New to the area

Enjoyed the stay! This property is beautiful! Very clean and well appointed and just as it is pictured. The pool is just a few steps from the back door and beach access is close. Loved having morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the harbor. The resort amenities are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here! We hope to again!

Great Fall Stay in Wild Dunes

We had a great time in Wild Dunes and Charleston. We attended a college basketball tournament at the TD Arena and chose to stay in Wild Dunes due to the high cost of hotel rooms. The condo was great. It is close to the Marina which was beautiful and close to the golf courses that we played over the weekend. The unit was well furnished and each bedroom is large and equipped with its own bathroom. I would stay here again and in fact will be looking to book this unit for a week during the upcoming summer.

Perfect short trip

No issues and a perfect spot. We enjoyed taking the boys out to see the boats and walk along the harbor. The pool was right out back so we took advantage of that too! We will definitely be back.
