The Space:

Experience the comfort and privacy of our newly designed guest suite, perfect for couples or families. A private entrance welcomes you, leading to a grand spiral staircase that ascends to two beautifully appointed bedroom suites, each featuring its own private bathroom. The central kitchenette/laundry area is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and laundry facilities, providing convenience for your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire second story, which includes a private entrance. Enjoy the convenience of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the charm of our location, nestled on the edge of the vibrant NoDa neighborhood. Known for its artistic flair, NoDa offers a delightful array of boutiques, lively bars, and diverse dining options. A pleasant 20-minute stroll from our property will immerse you in the heart of NoDa's creative energy. Our guest suite is situated in a tranquil residential area, providing a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the excitement of Uptown Charlotte, just a short commute away.



Getting Around:

Getting around Charlotte is easy! Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. A quick car ride will have you in Uptown Charlotte in under 20 minutes. For public transportation, the LYNX light rail is just a 5-minute walk from the suites. A day pass for the light rail is only $7.00, offering convenient access to popular destinations such as Uptown Charlotte, the Epicenter, the football stadium, BB&T Ballpark, Southend, and UNC Charlotte.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the driveway is a shared space. You'll have access to one parking spot in the driveway, ensuring it doesn't block access for others. Street parking is also available in front of the house. We reside in the unit below. Our house rules include: absolutely no parties, and guests are not permitted to have additional visitors. A maximum of 5 guests are allowed, but exceptions can be considered with prior notice.
