It was an absolute pleasure to host Temedria. We’re grateful for the opportunity to care for while she was in the Queen City. She took very good care of the property, so much so we could hardly tell that they were there :-) Thank you again Temedria for choosing to stay with Ambre’s Hope.

There was no extra cleaning fee, the only extra fee was early check in. You only paid a total of $690 for three nights with 5 guests. We have great reviews and work hard to care for our guests. Your rate was extremely reasonable. You left the house smelling awful and also checked out late. I did not assess a fee for the late check out, even though you were over an hour late and my cleaner had to wait for you. This caused our guests checking in to have to wait in addition to the horrible smell they endured. There was also a burn on our carpet which I had to remove. The $250 cleaning fee is reasonable considering. Also, the cost of the reservation is becauseof the added fee, pay attention to the details of the reservation amounts paid. The increased cost is only that due to your failure to follow house rules and leaving the house in such a bad shape. I have had to pay more for cleaning and restoration then I received for your time at our property. Your review is also noted as retaliation. There was no information given to me or my on call staff regarding any issues. Your response is disappointing and your behavior is embarrassing. I did not want to leave a bad review. I tried to work with you, but your actions and responses are evidence of the harm you caused and could cause again as a guest. I hope no other host or guest, for that matter ever has to endure the experiences you put myself and my guest through
