Everything inside, from the furnishings to the bedding and amenities is newly designed for your comfort and enjoyment. We’d love to host you and truly value your feedback as one of our very first guests. Nestled high on Lakeview Road in Bailey, Colorado, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mountain home blends modern comfort, family-friendly fun, and breathtaking views.

Floor Layout
The home is spread across three levels.

Bottom Floor: This level features the game room, 2 bedrooms that share one shower/tub, and walkout access to the outdoor hot tub and lower outdoor spaces.

Main Floor: The heart of the home with the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and one king bedroom that has a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

Loft Level: The upper level includes a cozy loft with a queen bed, a kids playroom, and a convenient half bathroom.

The home offers generous sleeping options with hotel quality bedding and brand new mattresses.

Lakeview Lodge includes two and a half bathrooms, all clean, updated, and stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.

Shared Bottom Floor Bathroom: Shower and tub combo serving the two king bedrooms on the same level

Main Floor Ensuite Bathroom: Walk in shower, located on the main floor

Loft Half Bathroom: Convenient for guests staying in the loft space

Additional Amenities: Each bathroom includes fresh linens and basic toiletries

Gather in the bright and open living room with seating for six. Settle into the large couch or cozy armchairs while enjoying a wood burning fireplace during chillier evenings. A large smart TV is mounted above the wood burning hearth, perfect for movies, game nights, or binge watching after a day of exploring.

When it’s time for play, the fun continues indoors. The game room features a poker table, karaoke setup, mini air hockey table, Pac-Man & NBA arcade games, and plenty of board games. It’s perfect for family tournaments or late-night laughter.

Traveling with your furry friend? We welcome well-behaved pets for an additional fee. Please include your pet in your reservation so we can prepare accordingly.

Up to 2 dogs per stay
Dogs must be house trained and non aggressive
No puppies under 1 year old (potty training accidents)
We cannot host cats due to allergen concerns

💲 Pet Fee
$25 per dog per night
This covers additional cleaning time, supplies, and general wear and tear

📍 Expectations During Your Stay
Keep pets off all furniture including beds, sofas, and blankets
Crate your dog if left unattended inside the home
Clean up after your pet both inside and outside
Keep pets on a leash outdoors for safety in a mountain area (no fence in the outside space)
Prevent excessive barking or disruptive behavior

🧼 Cleaning and Damage
Guests are responsible for:
Any pet related stains, odors, or damage
Any extra cleaning needed due to shedding or accidents
* Significant additional cleaning or repairs may result in extra charges

🐻 Wildlife Notice
This is a mountain location with active wildlife.
Please:
Never leave pets outdoors unattended
Secure all food and trash because bears are curious
Use the designated bear proof trash enclosure


🚫 Not Allowed
Pets in beds, showers, or the hot tub
Leaving pets alone on the deck
Bringing pets without disclosing them at booking. Undisclosed pets result in an additional fee

We want your stay at Lakeview Lodge to feel easy, comfortable, and fully your own. You will have complete privacy during your visit, but we are always available if you need anything.

You can reach us anytime through the Airbnb app and we respond quickly to questions or requests. We also have a reliable local team in Bailey who can help with anything that may require in-person support, including hot tub needs, snow conditions, or unexpected issues.

No smoking or open flames (Gas firepit, grill & indoor fireplace only). Cleaning fee for excessive deep clean if there are smell of smoke or signs of smoking or partying

AWD/4WD recommended November - April

Do not leave food or trash outside - wildlife is active nearby

Elevation ~8,700 ft: stay hydrated, take it slow, and use oxygen cans if needed

Travel & Safety Notes
We recommend bringing or renting a vehicle to explore Bailey and nearby mountain towns.
During winter, AWD/4WD with good snow tires is strongly recommended for safety.

House Rules/Short-Term Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (`Agreement`) is entered into between the Guest(s) listed below (`Guest`) and the Property Owner or Property Manager (`Host`). By booking this property, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and contact your host with any questions.


Dog Fee

We are proud to invite dogs. We charge a $99 fee per stay to offset higher cleaning costs. This should be selected and included at the time of booking. Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. Any unregistered pets will result in a charge of $500 per pet. Cats unfortunately are not allowed due to severe allergies. Please clean up after your dogs. Please notify us of any damage, accidents or stains so we can address them right away. No dogs under the age of 1 year old. Unreported stains or damage will incur extra charges.

Age requirement

Minimum age requirement of 21. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 6 guests per stay. See host for exceptions or questions regarding children. Any unapproved guest will be charged a $500 fee.

Parking

Maximum of 3 cars. Please only park in the driveway and be sure not to block the road or adjacent driveway.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. Due to extreme fire danger, smoking outdoors is ONLY allowed in the gravel by the firepit. Cigarettes MUST be put out and properly disposed of. A fine of $300 will be imposed for evidence of breaking these rules. Additionally, a fine of $50 will be incurred if our cleaners have to pick up cigarette butts around the property. Our cleaners will report any such evidence.

Fires

Due to extreme fire risk, fires are not permitted on the property outside of the designated provided fire pit.

Quiet Hours

Strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am out of respect for our neighbors.
