All late-night entertainment must remain inside the private nightclub, with doors closed.

Any noise complaints or violation of this rule will result in a penalty fee as stated in the reservation terms.

2. Guests & Visitors:

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Visitors must be approved in advance.

No parties or events beyond the agreed capacity unless authorized.

3. Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Violations may result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. Safety & Property Care:

Please keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property.

Do not move furniture or equipment unless approved.

Use coasters and placemats to avoid damage to surfaces.

Any damages must be reported immediately.
