House, host and accommodation was excellent. We had a great time. The location was very convenient to restaurants, bars and clubs. The security and check in process was efficient and the hosts made us feel at home.

Great place and location

The property was nice and clean. Some areas like carpet could use a upgrade and kitchen items like coofee pot and microwave could be bigger. The staff was OUTSTANDING and helped with everything we needed. They do need to update the pictures on VBRO. Would definitely recommended this place.

The MYNT did not disappoint. It was directly in the middle of all the night life areas. For the various city tours and excursions, just a short Uber ride away. The accommodations were as advertised and the staff ( Yesid, Geobanny, & Ender) provided excellent support and assistance during our trip. Our host Arturo Segreti responded promptly to messages and helped answer all question from the initial booking conversation to transportation needs to and from the airport. My group enjoyed our time in Medellin and definitely would recommend Arturo and The MYNT to others who want to be right in the middle of all the action

Doesn't get better than The Mynt!

Arturo, Tortuga, Sarita & Tatys offer the most hospitable experience around. The level of hospitality is beyond anything we imagined. Bachelor Party of 14 and we all were situated comfortably. The main floor is the perfect place for camaraderie, and there's so much space for activities! The Mynt is optimally located from Parque Lleras so nightlife, food, drinks or casual walking are steps away. The staff was prompt, and the house was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, guys; you rock!

Good but not Great

We stayed here for my friend's bachelor party. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond for the things we needed even in the middle of the night. I can not say enough good things about the staff at the Mynt. The location is great as well as everything is within walking distance. The house though had some issues. There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the showers. Some of the rooms are very small compared to others. One of the showers kept leaking. The club next door was much louder than you think so definitely bring noise-canceling ear protection if you plan to sleep before 5 am on the weekends but still be prepared to feel the base. Also, there was loud construction in the early mornings that we could hear in most of the bedrooms. The projector on the pool didn't work. The bachelor and another person had to move into a hotel on the 3rd night. The chef made mediocre breakfast every day and charged me an additional $300 after we had paid Arthuro already. Make sure you ask for receipts for everything you request to be picked up so there is no ambiguity.

Yes! You *CAN* Take a Girls' Trip to Medellin!

Warning: this will be a pretty lengthy review. OUR BACKGROUND INFO: - A group of 8 girls staying in Medellin for 4 days in August 2021 for a bachelorette trip PROS: - The house was ~20 minutes to/from the airport without traffic - Right next door to currency exchange shop - Centrally located to a lot of restaurants, bars, nightlife. Poblado has seen tremendous growth recently so you'll find tons of newly opened bars and restaurants that cater to different audiences - Lleras Park is around the corner and fun! Yes, be careful, but that's advice you should take heed to anywhere you travel to - Onsite security at the house every night - Chef, housekeeper, and onsite host available daily - Arturo's team did a remarkable job at coordinating all of our tours (Pablo Escobar, Guatape, Comuna 13) - Transportation was coordinated for us pretty efficiently whenever we needed to go somewhere that warranted a car - Medellin is inexpensive (think Cancun) so your money goes very far - Meals were cooked for us upon request (we had a traditional Colombian meal waiting for us at the VRBO upon our arrival from the airport -- yumm bandeja paisa ) - Jacuzzi and pool worked but we didn't use them (too busy having fun outside of the house!) CONS: - Most of Arturo's team (the onsite host, chef, and housekeeper) only speak Spanish and very little English. This wasn't an issue for us since someone in our group is a Spanish-speaker. This also holds true for a good number of the local bars and restaurants. You're headed to Colombia - download Duo Lingo :). - Water pressure was low, not the hottest, and cut off once or twice during our stay - The house is on a busy street (across the street and next door to 2 nightclubs that stay open until the wee hours of the night). If you're a light sleeper, strategically place yourself in a room that doesn't face the street or pack some earplugs or both Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Medellin is gorgeous. The house was great. Arturo's team is perfection. THANK YOU, MYNT!!! Can't wait to come back :) TLDR; 4.5 stars overall. Right next door to a currency exchange shop and nightlife. Bring earplugs. Credit cards are accepted at most places. Walking distance to lots of bars, clubs, restaurants. Lleras Park is around the corner and definitely NOT as sketchy as many people have tried to make it out to be. This will be a seamless trip if someone in your group speaks Spanish.

Beautiful home and Exceptional service

This was my groups first visit to Medellin. Arturo and his entire staff were very accommodating from beginning to end. The house was immaculate and tidy always. The pool was heated as well as Jacuzzis fully functional. Fresh linen and towels were provided daily. We took liberty in utilizing the breakfast option which I would highly suggest. A full breakfast was ready every morning with fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Any request was fulfilled. The house is located close to everything bars, restaurants, shopping, even the gym for a little workout. Security was provided with uniformed personnel, which made everyone feel safe. Claudia, Sarita, Tortuga and the entire staff was like family. We had in house massages, nails and pedicure service, if we ran low on beverages they were replenished without hesitation. We participated in two guided tours Comuno 13 and the Pablo tour. The transportation was very accommodating and the guides were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this property for the total experience. I will be booking a future reservation for 2020.

Good House, Good Area, Minor improvements needed

Pros: Great area (Parque Lleras), walking distance from good restaurants (like Modongos) and clubs (like Gusto), good sized rooms, AC every room, lock boxes in every room, showers with warm water, Direct TV with multiple channels (English and Spanish), Washer/Dryer on site to do laundry, great staff, 24 hour security, clean Cons: Some rooms do not fully lock or need the doors fixed, toilets flush at a lower speed (do not use excess toilet paper), WiFi can be flaky at times in the rooms (use the living room/Kitchen Area for the best service), Pool water is cold-- can be warmed up but will make the showers cold, stairs to the roof are steep (be careful going up and down), Price of some services are expensive-- do not accept upfront costs (always be willing to bargain [in Spanish] for what you want) I had a great time at the MYNT and we enjoyed the space and area of Medellin that it exists in, but I do have some suggestions on improvements to make it a true 5-star spot: 1) WiFi - the wireless service should be solid in every part of the house-- there are areas near the roof and near the master bedroom that need dedicated access points, 2) Room placement - specifically speaking about the room near the front door, that room is dark and damp with no windows, so it should either be converted to the security headquarters or given a gated window so air can flow through it properly, 3) Lock Boxes - Should be securely nailed to the wall in all rooms (some are loose), 4) Closet/Hanger space for clothes - All rooms should have this (some smaller ones didn't), 5) Showers - ensure water does not flood into the bedroom (some rooms had this problem) Overall it was a good experience that I would do again for another bachelor party (I am the Groom this time), as long as they continue to make enhancements and improvements to the spot.....make sure you save up money (spending money as well), but you won't regret it when you do...Arturo and his assistant are always available to help (which is important)

Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing experience!!!

Our group had an awesome time! The location is super convenient to all the restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores, you name it. It was also very secure with staff and security around 24/7. The house itself is sick! It comfortably suited our group of 6 with rooms to spare. As far as Arturo and staff, they were very responsive and and were available to help us with anything we needed. This location was perfect for our bachelor party. Highly recommended!

The MYNT was exactly as advertised. An incredibly modern, upscale, and incredibly unique property.

Arturo, Sarita, and the whole staff were very hospitable and were able to cater to each and every one of our needs. Sarita was often on site to help with anything we needed, and if not her and Arturo were just a quick message away. The MYNT was perfect for our bachelor party, and the staff made us feel secure while allowing us to have as much fun as possible. I could not recommend this property enough.

My boys and I really enjoyed the property. Very clean, classy and modern. In the heart of the city!

Our experience there for my best friends bachelor party was incredible! Great food. Great staff. Great entertainment. What more can I say. Not one of us left disappointed and it’s hard to please 8 guys with different personalities! The property itself was slick and modern. Right in the heart of party town. Yet it was very secure and secluded. Everyone from our drivers to our maintenance staff was extremely cordial, courteous and kind. There were honestly no hiccups our entire stay. Everything worked and whatever didn’t was fixed immediately. It was a big help that two guys in our group spoke fluent Spanish but even when they weren’t around Google Translate worked fine. We were walking distance from all the bars and restaurants and the other cool spots were just a quick drive away. We had the time of our lives. We kept calling home teasing our friends who didn’t come! Autoro our host was great and very accommodating. Whatever we needed he provided. We are definitely thinking of making this a once a year trip since it’s the only time all of us see each other. The weather was amazing and the amenities were just what we needed. Chef, maid, security, pool and two jacuzzis. Actually too many to list. Just go and see for yourself. You won’t regret it. Just stay hydrated!! The party is real son!

Great location. Clean, organized, and great service by the attentive staff.

There were 9 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms. Another half bathroom for visiting guests. One room had a jacuzzi and another jacuzzi was on the top balcony. Well equipped kitchen. We decided to have breakfast cooked for us on 2 of our 4 mornings. We hired a DJ and chef for one night. Great fun. All 10 of us guys were very happy with the staff & service. We did a couple of excursions through their services as well. I would highly recommend this place as it is large & comfortable enough for all types of parties: couples, guys only, girls only trips. We will define stay at this place again !!!

Awesome place

This place is beautiful and the layout of the place is phenomenal. The place is close from all the restaurants and clubs with walking distance. The pool is indoor open to the sky from the ground floor and very private. Overall very good location and the staff the very friendly and accommodating.

Did Not Disappoint!!!!!

Compound is as described, in the heart of Parque Llerras, walking distance to all the happenings of Medellin. I can't say enough about the entire staff. Arturo was a great host, and the staff was incredible!!!! Yolanda was a great chef who always started our day off with a smile and great food. Toturo and Carlos were very helpful in making sure everything within the Compound was to our liking. Lastly, there aren't enough words to emphasize how great Sarita is. She made sure that our entire Medellin experience was a memorable one. Her intimate knowledge of the city, and access, delivered a VIP experience over and beyond our expectations (7 guys)!!! Thanks again to Arturo and Staff.

Bachelor Party Perfection

We stayed for 3 nights during a bachelor party. Arturo and his staff were great. Sarita was a great VIP host. Yolanda is a phenomenal chef and one of the sweetest people ever. House is perfect for a bachelor party. No one gets the short end of the stick as all the rooms are nice.

Hi This is Arturo and welcome to my reviews page. I take a sincere approach to delivering A+ quality customer service to all my guests and clients when staying at our Properties.

I have worked in Service for over 12+ Years handling mainly VIP Service for Large hotels and Casinos. Since 2008 I have relocated to South America were I spend most of my time between the cities of Panama, Medellin and Cartagena.

Some of you may already know me from past experiences and bachelor adventures others may be new to my platform but in the end I look for everyone to have a shareable social experience.
